You can submit a request through the appointment request form on this site, or call the office directly on (832) 400-2780, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:00pm. If you use the form, a member of the office will call you back during business hours to confirm a time.
It depends on your insurance plan. Many PPO plans allow you to book directly, while most HMO plans require a referral from your primary care physician. The office can check this with you when you call, before your appointment is confirmed.
Yes. New patients are currently being accepted at all three clinic locations.
Availability varies by location and by the nature of your concern. The office will give you the earliest realistic appointment when you call, and will tell you if an earlier slot at a different location is available.
Dr. Rajneesh takes a detailed history of your symptoms and performs a neurological examination. He reviews any imaging or test results you bring with you. If further investigation is needed, it is arranged and explained. A treatment plan is usually discussed at this visit, or at a short follow-up once results are available.
Photo ID and your insurance card, a referral if your plan requires one, a written list of all current medications and doses, any prior MRI or CT reports and images, results of any nerve conduction studies, and a note of treatments you have already tried. See Patient Resources for the full list.
Usually not. The first visit is an evaluation. Any procedure is considered only once a diagnosis has been established, and is discussed with you — including its risks, benefits and alternatives — before it is scheduled.
Yes, and it is often helpful. A family member or friend can help recall the history and remember what was discussed, particularly for complex or long-standing problems.
Neurological conditions and chronic pain — most commonly migraine and other headache disorders, chronic back and neck pain, sciatica and radiculopathy, peripheral neuropathy and other nerve pain, complex regional pain syndrome and fibromyalgia. A full list is on the Conditions Treated page.
Dr. Rajneesh is board-certified in both. Where pain has a neurological cause, that distinction matters: the investigation and the treatment can happen with one physician rather than being split between two, which usually means fewer repeated appointments and a clearer plan.
Treatment is decided case by case following evaluation, and the practice follows current clinical guidance on the management of chronic pain. Many patients are managed with non-opioid medication, interventional procedures, physical therapy or a combination. Your options are discussed with you directly.
Yes. Second opinions are a significant part of the practice, particularly where a diagnosis remains uncertain or where previous treatment has not produced results.
Accepted plans include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Memorial Hermann health plans and Wellpoint Medicare, among others. Because plan networks change, please call the office to confirm your specific plan before your visit.
